Hey fam this is part one of a series of videos in which I will go into detail about the common workout / bodybuilding mistakes that people make during training. First we are starting with mistakes that people who are new to training in general make and we will eventually go into advance stuff like diet, program selection, and even some topics considered sensitive to some.

This video comes 3 common mistakes that beginners make

The first mistake is failing to plan or select a precise goal before you start or at anytime. This is important because it literally shapes what your training and diet should look like and it is also important because it plays a key in keeping you on the right path and motivated.

The second thing that people usually fail to be do is be realistic when they select a goal or even when they first walk into the gym.

Finally the last mistake most beginners make is focusing too much on supplements. This is because of all the stuff they see in magazines and online that leads them to think these supplements are a bodybuilding shortcut . When in fact most of these supplements do absolutely nothing as promised.
