WORKOUT:
This is a circuit workout, I do 1 set of each movement and then move onto the next exercise then repeat it all again as many times as you like. I did this workout 2 times.

Skipping (different variations) – 2 mins
Throw over burpees – 10 reps
Bosu burpees – 10 reps
Bosu mountain climbers – 20 reps
Plank pull across – 20 reps
Tricep dips – 10 reps
Push ups (push jump in/out) – 10 reps
Ropes (different variations) 15 seconds x 4
Bear crawls – 20 reps
Skipping (different variations) – 5 mins
Push up with jump in – 10 reps
Plank kick throughs – 20 reps
Bent jack knife curl – 10 reps
Commandos – 20 reps
Hip raises – 15 reps
